Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – The OF Sex Doc By scheduling a session through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Payment Required to Reserve All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise noted. Your appointment time is not confirmed until payment has been received. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellation If you need to reschedule or cancel, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full and are generally non-refundable. 3. No-Show Policy If you miss your scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and the full session fee will be forfeited. 4. Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect other bookings. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund. 5. Educational / Consulting Services Only Services booked through The OF Sex Doc are for education, consulting, and coaching-style guidance only and do not constitute psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, or crisis support. Booking a session through this site does not establish a therapist-client relationship. 6. Not Emergency Support These services are not appropriate for emergencies, active abuse situations, severe mental health crises, or urgent medical concerns. If you are in crisis, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. 7. Confidentiality & Boundaries Your privacy is respected; however, communication through websites, email, forms, or virtual platforms cannot be guaranteed as completely secure. Please do not submit highly sensitive information unless requested. 8. Scope of Services The OF Sex Doc provides education and consultation related to intimacy, sexual confidence, relationships, erotic communication, creator-related boundaries, and adult industry wellness topics. Services are designed to support insight, strategy, and informed decision-making. 9. Refund Policy Completed sessions are non-refundable. Digital products, downloadable resources, and completed consultation services are also non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 10. Agreement to Terms By booking a session, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, understand the nature of these services, and agree to these booking terms.
